- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Overall, this is a well run UPS Store. However, I do have an issue with what is advertised on their website as it applies to packages and mail. The website reads, "Receipt notification: We can even text or email you when your mail or packages arrive." I became a customer based on this claim. Unfortunately, this is not true or correct. This location cannot provide this notification service. I have made management aware of this situation- several times. Management at this location should realize there are other choices available, There are other local UPS Stores and competitors which can actually provide this notification service and more.By Arra C, April 18, 2017
