  The men behind the counter are nice and decent, but "large marge" is beyond miserable. She literally barks at you. "WHO did you get this package from", "WHO packaged it". Good Lord, it was a padded envelope that had a book in it! And the woman who runs the place is even more questionable. A man was sending something to New Mexico and she had to ask a subordinate if they shipped out of the country because she wasn't sure they shipped there?!?!?! New Mexico. It's part of the USA, last time I checked. OMG, miserable lot there for sure.

  Overall, this is a well run UPS Store. However, I do have an issue with what is advertised on their website as it applies to packages and mail. The website reads, "Receipt notification: We can even text or email you when your mail or packages arrive." I became a customer based on this claim. Unfortunately, this is not true or correct. This location cannot provide this notification service. I have made management aware of this situation- several times. Management at this location should realize there are other choices available, There are other local UPS Stores and competitors which can actually provide this notification service and more.

  I have lived in this area for over 10 years and have always received excellent service at this post office. The gentlemen behind the counter are very helpful and patient. Just wanted to say thank you for doing a great job.
